Essential Materials
There’s a ton of lettering supplies out there, but you don’t need that much to begin with brush lettering! You’ll learn the basics you need to get started and some optional tools to enhance your practice even further.
Beginner Friendly Techniques
Be ready to pick up your pen and practice your first brushstrokes! Upon registering, you’ll receive a worksheet full of drills that we’ll use go through together to learn the basic shapes and strokes.
Proper Grip
The way you hold your brush pen is going to make a HUGE difference in your lettering success. You’ll learn the correct way to sit and hold your pen so you can practice with a solid foundation.
Tips, Tricks, & Advice
Throughout the class, I’ll share my wisdom from years and years of lettering so you can avoid the mistakes that I made. Learn from my battle scars and start off your lettering practice on the right foot.
