  1. This is honestly the greatest idea. I use a phone app that I’ve been with for almost 5 years now, but this seems so much better, and it gives me an excuse for more time in my bullet journal!!

What app do you use? I’m trying to find a good one!

  2. Very informative post, thank you. I will have to implement your tips into my planner. I have noticed as I have aged that I am very moody about a week and a half before it starts.

Glad to hear you found it informative Jenn. Tracking it is such a good way to see those patterns.

  3. I’ve just started keeping track of menstrual cycle. I’m doing it because as I age, I have so many weird symptoms throughout my month that I get worried until I remember, that just maybe, that happened last month. But I’m never totally sure.

From now on, I want to be able to look back and see if day 15 was around the day my teeth started to become sensitive… or whatever symptom it is I’m worried about.

It really is a great way to do that Aurora! Let’s be real, who can really remember all that from month-to-month with out tracking it?!

  4. “Oh bloody hell” lmao! As mother of three girls, of which only one has her cycles, and of course me, we refer to our monthly cycles as Shark Week. Bwhaha we both use a phone app to track, but i had some issues 2yrs ago and transferred my app info to my bujo. It was easier to see patterns. Good tip about the dehydration & cramps. Kid no 1 suffers from this. Wonder if its lack of fluids? Thanks!
